Phones 4u recognise that people are bewildered by the complexity and choice that confronts them when buying a new mobile phone. We've developed our business focusing on our customers, cutting through this confusion with our unique consultative approach. We invest time in understanding our customers' individual mobile phone needs, and offer a package that is right for them - as a result we sell more new contracts than anyone else on the High Street.
As the mobile market is growing and evolving at such a fast pace we continue to make significant investment in staff training and development. This is to ensure that our staff provide the best and most up to date independent and impartial advice. Excellent training and development has resulted in industry leading customer service and experience, with Phones 4u coming top in the JD Power survey for customer satisfaction in the independent mobile phone sector 2 years running, and coming top in the Harding and Yorke 2007 Customer Empathy Rating Index, where we were recognised among the mobile industry players as demonstrating the most empathy and feeling towards our customers.
Delivering excellent customer service it is central to what we do, and we constantly look at ways to listen, understand and improve in this area. No other company is as passionate and does more to understand customers' needs to ensure that we deliver on the Phones 4u customer promise of 'We'll find the right deal 4u'.
At Phones 4u we pride ourselves on offering genuinely impartial and independent advice to our customers. With over 11 years experience in mobile phones, Phones 4u has an in-depth understanding of the products and services available and as a result offers an extensive and broad range of products and added value to suit various consumers' needs. We sell all networks and handset brands and we continually review our product range to ensure that we meet these needs. We constantly strive to provide our customers with a range of new and exciting products and great value deals that will appeal to everyone. Networks we sell include Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, 3, O2 and Virgin Mobile. Handset brands include Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola, LG, Nokia and JCB.
In addition to our extensive UK store network we are constantly developing and updating the award winning phones4u.co.uk website, which enables the customer to navigate with ease and review an extensive and highly competitive range of handsets and deals. The site has a number of easy access areas including 'Amazing Deals' and 'Coming Soon', allowing customers to register their details for forthcoming handsets to ensure they among the first to have the latest mobile phones.
You will no doubt have seen Jack, the charismatic American who is so enthusiastic about Phones 4u that he just has to tell other people about us! You'll see Jack on this website and you'll no doubt see him in our advertising. The humour in our adverts comes from the bizarre and confusing setting of the British seaside. Jack is at hand to help the characters and point out that Phones 4u love to cut through the confusion to find its customers the right deal.
